A panoramic image of the Milky Way arching over Loon Island Lighthouse on Lake Sunapee in New Hampshire. I went out in sub zero temps for over three hours to try my new Nodal Ninja panning head and did not come away disappointed. I have been planning this shot for well over a year, waiting for safe ice, and for the weather to cooperate. The light house is about a 1/2 mile from shore and is a replica of one originally built in the late 1800 for steamships on the lake. via 500px
