This is where I first camped on my Fall trip to the Eastern Sierra’s in Oct of 2014. This is just above the Mammoth Sky Resort. Just slightly left from center there is a foot bridge and the beyond that is the other lake. The colors at this elevation were just starting to move past their peak. via 500px
