"Arctic Nights" - Senja i Norge Please view in front of BLACK, because it´s a darker photo. Cold are the winter nights north of the Arctic Circle, when strong wind blows icy crystals through the air. Equipped with snowshoes and thick clothes Felix and I climbed up the 350 vertical meters to the Segla-Area. After three hours of waiting on top of the ridge in the biting winds we were quite cooled out and ready for our well deserved "self-prepared-gas-cooker-meal" - unfortunately 350m below. During the decent I had to pause for a moment and then I turned around and saw this beautiful scene. I hope you can feel the sense of this special arctic night in your warm home.
